Global Sustainability Transformation Survey Report 2023

Businesses are significantly affected by external factors like climate change, geopolitical tensions, and financial instability. To address sustainability concerns, business leaders must transform their organizations. In January 2023, Fujitsu collaborated with Oxford Economics to survey 1,800 decision-makers across nine countries, evaluating their sustainability transformation progress and the role of digital transformation in achieving their sustainability objectives.

Fujitsu is a diverse global organization with over 129,000 employees in 100 countries. Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. This is our way of working and our vision for the future. To make this happen we need to employ people who share our vision for the future. People who recognize the vital role technology plays in making the world a better place. People who can shape the way the world lives and works.
