Hideaki serves as both President and CEO at Fujitsu Ventures, and VP, Head of Corporate Venture Capital, Strategic Growth & Investments at Fujitsu.

Prior to joining Fujitsu in October 2020, he served as Managing Director and Head of Investment & Business Development at NTT Docomo Ventures, Japan Head of Corporate Development at Cisco Systems to lead strategic investment activities in Japan, and Executive Director at Mobile Internet Capital, a venture capital firm based in Tokyo.

Hideaki holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in engineering from The University of Tokyo, and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

He has spent more than 15 years at ICT/Telecom industry with the backgrounds of partnership/alliance and international businesses. Prior to taking the position, he has engaged in startup investment and business development at NTT DOCOMO Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of Japan-based telecommunication firm NTT group.

Shinsuke holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Waseda University, and an MBA from HEC Paris.

He has 10+ years experience in system integration and IT infrastructure development. Prior to joining Fujitsu Ventures, he was involed in investment and startup collaboraion at NTT Data, startup investment in Southeast Asia region at NTT DOCOMO Ventures.

Kazuya holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in computer science from Waseda University.

Yuji is Senior Principal at Fujitsu Ventures and engaged in startup investment globally.

Prior to joining Fujitsu Ventures, he was involved in startup investment and business development at Presidio ventures in Silicon Valley. Yuji started his career at Sumitomo Corporation, where he was responsible for investment, new business development, and trade operations in the TMT sector.

Yuji holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Tokyo.

Shota is Principal at Fujitsu Ventures and engaged in startup investment globally.

Prior to joining Fujitsu Ventures, he was Director at Omron Ventures, where he was responsible for investing in startups globally, focused on investments in B2B, SaaS, IoT, Robotics, AI and other related areas. He started his career as a network engineer at NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation. He has 5 years experience of business development and startup investment at NEC Corporation of America in Silicon Valley.

Yula is Principal at Fujitsu Ventuers and engaged in startup investment globally.

Prior to joining Fujitsu Ventures, she was responsible for sourcing and evaluating investments in Greater China for the KDDI CVC fund. She also had entrepreneurial experience and previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Hitachi Capital in Singapore assisting corporations in entering overseas markets, gaining extensive experience in multinational environments.

Yula holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Tokyo.

Tomo is Principal at Fujitsu Ventures and engaged in business development.

Prior to this position, she held diverse roles at Fujitsu Limited, ranging from new business development, including startup collaborations, to strategic planning. She also possesses strong expertise in the energy sector, gained through corporate sales experience in the electricity and gas industries.

Tomo holds a bachelor's degree in foreign studies from Osaka University.
