Your journey so far
My career has been defined by opportunities to lead and transform businesses. Early at Wells Fargo, a manager believed in my potential and gave me a chance others wouldn’t, leading to a promotion and relocation. Later, a former leader recruited me to turn around a failing business unit at CoreLogic. That leap of faith launched a decade of growth and knowledge expansion. Those experiences taught me resilience, humility, and the power of trust. My leadership philosophy reflects this: when things go well, the credit belongs to the team; when challenges arise, accountability rests with me. Combined with lessons from athletics (work ethic and teamwork) I’ve built a career focused on collaboration and driving meaningful change.

I first heard about Wayfinders through a former colleague, and curiosity led me to dig deeper. During my research before the first interview, I discovered Fujitsu’s global technology leadership and impressive capabilities, assets that remain underutilized in the Americas.
