Pension plan (ITP1 & ITP2)

Employees are covered by the ITP pension system, ensuring strong retirement savings and disability protection. Coverage follows age and employment based rules.

Enhanced Parental Pay

Fujitsu offers parental pay that meets, or exceeds, the Swedish collective agreement, providing additional financial stability during parental leave. The benefit supplements the compensation from Försäkringskassan, helping employees maintain their income level while spending time with their growing family.

New employees receive three months of free group insurance covering life, sickness and accidents. After this period, employees can continue at group rates.

Vacation entitlement & collective agreement

Employees receive 25 or 30 vacation days depending on their agreement, with vacation accruing from April 1 to March 31. Fujitsu follows both Swedish law and collective agreement rules to ensure fair and transparent vacation management.
