Asif Poonja
Americas Region CEO
Asif Poonja, CEO of Fujitsu Americas, leads the management of Fujitsu-owned businesses, delivering digital technology solutions and services. He directs the region’s strategy for its Uvance portfolio, encompassing consulting, managed services, and advanced technologies. A respected leader, Asif leverages Fujitsu’s global expertise and partnerships to digitally transform customer businesses, fostering innovation to solve industry challenges. He champions a customer-focused culture, building lasting relationships. With over 25 years of experience, Asif holds a Bachelor of Math from the University of Waterloo and graduated from Fujitsu’s Executive Global Knowledge Institute Advanced Program.

John Slaytor
Head of Strategy & Uvance
As Head of Strategy and Uvance for Fujitsu North America, Inc., John Slaytor leads strategy, business planning, offering governance and regional strategic alliances. His nearly 15-year tenure with Fujitsu includes a year as Head of Business Development & Enablement for North America, and 10 years in the Fujitsu Caribbean & Latin America business. Before Fujitsu, John worked in management consulting, business development, outsourcing and managed services. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical and electronic engineering and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering & Technology (UK).

Durga Kota
Americas Region Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer for Fujitsu Americas, Durga leads strategies translating Fujitsu technological innovations into differentiated, industry-ready solutions for regional customers. With 25+ years of experience, he’s held diverse customer-facing and technology leadership roles. Durga’s collaborative spirit and technical expertise enable him to build trust and partner with customers, leveraging advanced technologies to solve challenges. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He enjoys trekking trails and volunteering for San Diego’s local food bank.

Graham Stringer
Head of Customer Markets
As Head of Customer Markets for Fujitsu North America, Graham Stringer leads all regional sales of digital technology solutions and services, enabling customer digital transformation through Fujitsu’s expertise and strategic alliances. With over 25 years in IT, he has managed teams across the Americas for global companies like DXC, Oracle, and IBM, supporting diverse private and public sector clients. Graham holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Waterloo and completed management programs at Wharton and Queen’s University. He is an accomplished triathlete, enjoys golf and supports philanthropic endeavors.

Satya Nanda
Head of Delivery
Satya Nanda, Global VP and Head of Delivery, leads strategy and end-to-end delivery for digital consulting, systems integration and managed services. This portfolio includes application modernization, multi-cloud orchestration, IoT, AI and cybersecurity. Satya leverages Fujitsu Uvance to deliver innovative solutions, addressing business and societal challenges, ensuring client satisfaction with high-quality, cost-effective solutions. With over 25 years in consulting, software development and operations, he’s led numerous transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies. Satya holds an MBA, a MS in Computer Science and a BS in Biomedical Engineering, and resides in Dallas.

Tamara Keserovic
Head of Marketing
Tamara Keserovic is Head of Marketing for Fujitsu Americas, responsible for converting company strategies into marketing programs that enhance market reputation, expand customer relationships, and drive revenue. Her comprehensive scope encompasses the entire marketing lifecycle, from strategic planning and go-to-market execution to demand generation, events, analyst engagement, customer marketing, and corporate communications. With over 34 years of marketing experience, Tamara is distinguished by her relentless customer focus. She is an alumna of the University of Toronto - Victoria University and currently resides in Toronto with her family.

Mervyn Eyre
Head of Caribbean
Mervyn Eyre heads Fujitsu’s Caribbean operations, managing strategic direction and assets, and. the International Business Strategy Office. Previously, he served as interim Head of Managed Infrastructure Services for the Americas, leading successful transitions for major North American clients. With over 25 years in the ICT industry, Mervyn has introduced managed and cloud-based digital services, driving growth and value through human-centric, co-creation. His leadership fosters trusted customer relationships and a track record of success. Mervyn is passionate about continuous learning and technology innovation to drive sustainability transformation for businesses and society.

Kenichi (Kenny) Matsumoto
Head of Business Growth and Digital Transformation
As Head of Business Growth and Digital Transformation, Kenny spearheads the expansion and technological transformation of Fujitsu’s Americas region. Having joined Fujitsu in 2000, he brings extensive experience from various strategic roles, including Chief of Staff to the global CEO. Kenny’s journey through global sales, strategic accounts, and multinational institution oversight has equipped him with deep expertise. He is instrumental in executing Fujitsu’s goals and strategies, particularly in driving the Fujitsu Uvance portfolio within the region. Kenny holds a bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce from Keio University in Japan.

Kensuke (Ken) Fuse
Americas Chief Financial Officer
Ken Fuse is Chief Financial Officer in the Americas, responsible for the region's finance, accounting and facilities management. His role encompasses strategic financial planning, budget approval and the short-term control of revenues, expenses, debt and cash management. Ken joined Fujitsu in 2002, progressing through various global divisions, including Senior Director for the OneERP+ corporate transformation program. From 2013-2019, he served as Senior Manager and Vice President of Corporate Finance for North America. Ken holds an MBA from Duke University and a master’s in environmental management from Yale University.

Andy De Marco
Chief Human Resources Officer
Andy De Marco, Chief Human Resources Officer for Fujitsu North America, leads all HR aspects, supporting culture, talent, performance and growth initiatives for digital technology solutions. Joining in 2025, his experience combines management consulting, talent management and HR leadership across B2B industries, including roles at American Express, Bloomberg, and Korn Ferry. Previously, he consulted at PricewaterhouseCoopers in organizational strategy and change management. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Villanova, a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia, and an Executive Master’s in HR Leadership from Rutgers.

Dan Braun
Chief Legal Officer
As Chief Legal Officer of Fujitsu North America, Inc., Dan Braun oversees regional legal affairs for the company and its subsidiaries. With over 25 years at Fujitsu, he has provided legal support for North American products and services subsidiaries. Dan’s prior roles include General Counsel for Fujitsu Consulting, Inc. and Chief Legal Officer for Fujitsu America, Inc. Before joining Fujitsu, he practiced Corporate Law in the New York metropolitan area. Dan earned his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rutgers College.
Emilia Miura
Fujitsu Brazil CEO
Emilia Miura is the newly appointed CEO of Fujitsu Brazil. Previously serving as CFO and Vice President of South America's operations, Emilia brings significant financial and operational acumen to her leadership role. Her extensive experience at Fujitsu includes successfully managing diverse teams across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Human Resources, and Legal. With a hands-on mindset and strong leadership style, Emilia is exceptionally well-positioned to drive profitability and optimize the cost structure within Fujitsu's South America operations. She holds a degree in Business Administration, underscoring her comprehensive business expertise.

Deedra Garrett
Chief Information Officer and Head of Corporate Digital Unit, Americas
Deedra Garrett, a 29-year Fujitsu veteran, is the new CIO, Americas. Her extensive background spans IT, operations, and sales, including leadership roles in IT Governance, Sales Operations, and Service Delivery. Notably, she consolidated internal IT services, oversaw Salesforce implementation, and established field services support. As Deputy Head of the Corporate Digital Unit, she championed customer experience. Now, as CIO, she'll represent the Americas on the Global CIO Board, partnering with regional leadership to drive digital transformation and deliver impactful technology solutions.

Brian Hintze
Chief Information Security Officer
Brian Hintze is the Chief Information Security Officer for Fujitsu Americas, responsible for defining and executing the region’s information security strategy. He collaborates closely with Fujitsu’s global security office to align with corporate standards while localizing implementation specifics. With over 20 years at Fujitsu, Brian has held diverse roles in development, system implementation, and maintenance. He joined the regional cybersecurity team in 2016 and was appointed Americas CISO in 2020. Brian holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Nebraska.

Hieu Do-Pilon
Chief of Staff
Hieu Do-Pilon, Chief of Staff for Fujitsu Americas, supports corporate strategies and drives key priorities, collaborating with all teams, and working closely with the CEO, and Executive Leadership Team. Her diverse IT services background, including roles in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations for global IT leaders, significantly contributes to Fujitsu Americas’ success. Since joining Fujitsu in 2019, she has served as Head of Business Operations for Application Services, Delivery, and Customer Markets. ¬Hieu holds a University Honors degree with a Double Major in International Business & Marketing.
