About the customer
Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited is a Thai energy company that
operates in tandem with socio-environmental responsibility. Its core business is
petroleum refining to produce high-standard products from domestic and
international sources.
Bangchak Corporation entered a new phase of growth following a major acquisition
and as it prepared for accelerated expansion. With the acquisition complete, the
company’s priority shifted to operating as one organisation while modernizing a
complex digital landscape supported by long-standing legacy systems. Leadership
recognised that existing systems needed to be stabilised and prepared to support
future growth, increased scale, and more data-driven operations.
As Suwat Meemook, Executive Vice President, Digital Organization, explains: “Our full
team was moving to implement SAP S/4HANA. So, we needed help from a partner
who understands our processes and could step in quickly to keep operations running
smoothly.” Maintaining operational continuity while rebuilding the digital foundation
became essential to keeping the business moving forward.
