Dynamic transformation

Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision 2026

Shaping continuous transformation, enabling organisations to unlock new value through seamless collaboration between people and AI.

Shaping a better future through technology in an era of uncertainty

Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision outlines how Fujitsu aims to shape the future together with our customers and partners, in response to changes in the business and social environment and the evolution of technology.

The world is changing faster than ever before. Assumptions that once supported business decisions no longer hold, as geopolitical tensions rise, supply chains are restructured, and economic uncertainty deepens.

At the same time, rapid advances in digital technology - especially AI - are delivering dramatic productivity gains while driving fundamental disruption and innovation.

Fujitsu Technology and Service Vision looks ahead to the future made possible by technology, exploring the actions organizations must take and the value Fujitsu can provide to move forward together with customers and partners.

Creating continuous change in an unpredictable world

Our February 2026 survey* reveals that CxOs now regard cyber attacks as the most significant threat to business. Since then, new developments, including fresh global conflicts, have continued to impact organizational priorities. In this fast-moving environment, traditional business management practices are increasingly incapable of providing an effective response.

At the same time, the advancement of AI is accelerating automation and transformation across entire industries. According to Fujitsu's survey, the rate of AI adoption is currently more than 30%, and nearly 90% of respondents plan to pursue automation of both digital and physical work using AI and robotics within the next three years, rapidly accelerating transformation of enterprises.

As change becomes the norm, organizations must continuously transform themselves to achieve sustainable growth. They need the ability both to adapt to change and to learn from it.

Business success in an unpredictable era: dynamic transformation

To thrive in an unpredictable world, organizations need to continuously adapt and create new value. Fujitsu calls this dynamic transformation - a continuous cycle of experimentation, learning, and execution, enabled by people and AI working together.

Emerging technologies underpin the four key dynamics that enable organizations to drive dynamic transformation.

  • Dynamic intelligence: With people-AI collaboration, organizations can gain new knowledge, creating a foundation for the other three dynamics.
  • Dynamic exploration: Organizations accelerate exploration of the unknown.
  • Dynamic orchestration: Organizations dynamically reconfigure entire business systems.
  • Dynamic ecosystems: Organizations anticipate risks arising from changes and reorganize their ecosystems.

Actions toward dynamic transformation

Some organizations are already accelerating their business growth despite ongoing disruption and uncertainty.

Fujitsu’s survey has identified common characteristics shared by leader organizations that achieve strong results. These include prioritizing a strategy that places AI at the core of the business, people that maximize the power of AI in all areas of business, a technology infrastructure that accelerates business evolution, as well as security measures requiring future attention as AI evolves.

The ability to identify, integrate and advance these elements strategically is the key to realizing dynamic transformation and strengthening corporate competitiveness.

As a partner that is committed to implementing transformation within its own organization, Fujitsu will work in partnership with customers to drive their transformation journeys, leveraging its own cutting-edge technologies and the insights gained through practical experience.
