Warranty Maintenance Policy
Policy - Renewal Before Warranty Expires
Prerequisite:
- Machine is not an EOSL
Term and Condition:
- PO renewal maintenance is released before the warranty expires
- The renewal maintenance period will continue from the end date of the current warranty
- The maximum date of the maintenance period is EOSL date.
- The minimum maintenance period is 6 months or the same as the date of the EOSL
Policy - Renewal After Warranty Expires
Prerequisite:
- Machine is not an EOSL
- Machine is in normal condition

Machines must be assessment
- Customer provide log -> Free
- Remote assessment -> Free
- Onsite assessment -> Charged
Term and Condition:
- The assessment report must be informed to the customer
- If hardware failure is found in the assessment, the customer must first repair the damage by purchasing spare parts and service
- Renewal maintenance prices exclude the assessment cost (service and spare parts)
- The renewal maintenance period will continue from the end date of the current warranty
- The maximum date of the maintenance period is EOSL date.
- The minimum maintenance period is 6 months or the same as the date of the EOSL
- If warranty absence more than 1 year, start maintenance date same as initial current period and the year follow new year.
- All hardware or software related problems due to absence of maintenance contract are not FID's responsibility
