Fujitsu appoints new CEO in Hong Kong

Fujitsu Hong Kong (FHK) has announced that, with effect from 1 April 2026, Mr. Wang Bo has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Fujitsu Hong Kong. Mr. Wang currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Fujitsu (China) Holdings Co., Ltd. (FCH) and will concurrently assume the role of CEO of Fujitsu Hong Kong.

Mr. Wang Bo joined Fujitsu China in 2003 and has accumulated over 20 years of extensive professional experience in enterprise informatization. He possesses deep expertise in end-to-end ICT architecture design as well as enterprise-level systems planning and management.

This appointment will further strengthen the company’s strategic focus, accelerating growth in digital and sustainability transformation, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, enterprise data management and security, and AI-driven solutions and services - delivering greater, forward-looking value to customers.
