As a Graduate or Apprentice joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Early Careers role streams, such as Software Development, Marketing, Finance, Consulting and Sales to name a few. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.

Graduates
Our Graduate scheme is designed to develop our future leaders and give you the autonomy to shape your career.
We offer positions you can develop into, and these positions will offer real responsibilities from the start. A role you can make your own.
We pride ourselves on our breadth of opportunities and believe we have something for every graduate. We encourage graduates from all degree disciplines to build their career at Fujitsu.
To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a modular development programme.
This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you with the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with our full Early Careers cohort across Europe.

Degree Apprenticeships
Our degree apprenticeship roles provide an excellent chance to work your way in an area that is fundamental to the future growth of our business.
80% of your time will be spent on the job, with 20% dedicated to studying at one of our University partners towards a debt-free degree!
You will carry out your studies with one of our University providers.

Support and Benefits
As part of our Early Careers Programme, we can offer you a range of flexible benefits, a company laptop & company phone. We offer Funding for books to support your study and more recently we have introduced our weekly wellbeing hour. You can see the other ways we can support you throughout the programme below.

Achieving together
In addition to individual study and a team who welcomes and supports you, all graduates and apprentices are placed on an incredible modular development programme.
This will allow you to build and develop both your business and soft skills and will also be an opportunity to grow personal networks and support systems.
As well as this, training and learning platforms are available for all our Early Careers members.
Buddy System
Before you start, we will provide you with a Buddy.
You can be safe in the knowledge that you will have this support throughout your time at Fujitsu.
Our senior buddies will be in the second year of the Early Careers programme, therefore they can share their experiences as an apprentice or graduate first hand.


Working your way
We pride ourselves in offering a great range of flexible rewards and benefits for both our graduates and apprentices with a life friendly approach in mind.
Our Early Careers Cohort have access to our flexible benefits options, 25 days annual leave, funding for books and travel costs to university/college.
You will also have access to a variety of wellbeing tools, such as a weekly wellbeing hour as well as the chance to have your say through the Early Careers Ambassadors and regular employee surveys.

Can I email the Early Careers team my CV and will this be accepted as an application?
Unfortunately, we do not accept CVs sent to our mailbox. In order to apply for a job we require you to follow the application process linked with the role which will require you to upload your CV.
Can I apply for more than one Fujitsu job or programme?
You can only apply for one role at a time within the Early Careers Programme. However, if we feel that your skills are better suited to a different role, we will discuss this further with you.
When can I expect to hear an update on my application?
You can view the status of your application at any time on your candidate profile. This will be updated regularly, please note there may be a wait between application stages. If you are concerned about the status of your application, please feel free to reach out to us.
Will I receive feedback throughout the process?
Yes, every candidate, regardless of progression, will be sent a feedback report upon completion of their assessment. The report you receive will include your top strengths and areas for development. If you attend our Assessment Centre and would like feedback from this, you are more than welcome to reach out to us directly and request feedback. Please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
