Deployed ICT services

The Deployed ICT ecosystem is a comprehensive network of organisations, units and individuals working collaboratively and cohesively across the Maritime, Land, Air domains to deliver and sustain ICT capabilities in support of ADF and coalition global operations. D-ICT enables decision superiority to the Warfighter. In parallel Fujitsu delivers cross functional and architectural outcomes across DICT environments to ensure the ADF remains prepared to conduct operations in a dynamic and uncertain regional and global security environment.

National deskside support

Through our National Deskside Support engagement, Fujitsu enables access to and supports ICT Services across all Defence locations in Australia and key overseas posts. The National Deskside Support services are an integral component of the End User Support Services Defence provides to the Warfighter and business stakeholders, and other Users across the ICT Environment. Mission-critical ICT services support 101 Defence bases, managing 560,000+ assets and handling 120,000 service tickets annually.
