Advanced Composable Infrastructure
Creating the Future with Cutting-Edge Technology
The Advanced Composable Infrastructure (ACI) R&D Unit at FRIPL is dedicated to delivering transformative value to our customers through the development of innovative technologies. Our primary focus is on engineering key components of the sophisticated management software for Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure (CDI), a paradigm-shifting approach that fundamentally reshapes next-generation datacentre operations.
Unlocking Value with Composable Disaggregated Infrastructure (CDI)
CDI represents a groundbreaking technological evolution, enabling the disaggregation of critical hardware resources—such as servers, GPUs, and storage—across a high-speed fabric. These resources are then intelligently pooled and centrally managed. Through our advanced CDI management software, we empower customers to dynamically provision and de-provision computing resources precisely as their workloads demand. This flexibility delivers unparalleled operational efficiency and strategic advantages, providing the following key benefits:
-
Maximized Resource Utilization: Our solution enables the flexible allocation and dynamic reclamation of resources based on real-time customer demands. This eliminates idle hardware, drastically reduces waste, and significantly enhances overall hardware utilization efficiency.
- Enhanced Operational Efficiency: By dynamically provisioning and scaling necessary resources precisely when required, our software significantly reduces manual intervention and fosters a more agile and efficient datacentre environment.
The below is a pictorial demonstration of CDI, with disaggregated hardware resources (CPU, GPUs, storage) across a high-speed fabric, enabling resource pooling and centralized management:
Our Strategic Focus: Advancing CDI Management Software
For the development of cutting-edge CDI management software, we are strategically concentrating our efforts on two pivotal areas:
-
Simplifying Complexity Through Intuitive & Intelligent Design: Our commitment is to simplify complex CDI environments. We achieve this by developing interactive experiences with management tools that are inherently intuitive, efficient, and user-centric, empowering any user to operate and control their resources with ease and confidence.
- Enabling Global Resource Pooling Through Seamless Inter-CDI Connectivity: We are extending the capabilities of resource pooling by establishing robust and seamless connectivity between geographically dispersed CDI instances. This innovation facilitates the dynamic sharing of hardware resources across a wider range, thereby enabling unprecedented levels of flexibility and operational efficiency.
Our Distinctive Strengths and Collaborative Edge
The ACI R&D Unit is powered by an elite team of highly skilled engineers, who bring extensive experience across domains like server, storage, and networking. Our relentless pursuit to pragmatically apply advanced technologies and engineering processes consistently delivers significant value to our clientele.
Our developmental engine operates within a dynamic, globally integrated framework, uniting talent across strategic hubs including India, Japan, Taiwan, and Poland. This rich tapestry of diverse cultural perspectives fuels a collaborative synergy, inspiring innovation.
Our Future Vision and Commitment to Innovation
We are unwavering in our commitment to fuel our customers' business expansion by continuously advancing the capabilities of our CDI management software. Our strategic roadmap focuses on:
- Orchestrating Cross-Distance Resource Optimization: Expanding the frontiers of resource utilization, we aim to enable seamless, dynamic resource allocation across geographically distributed environments, thereby unleashing new levels of efficiency and agility.
- Elevating Operational Excellence through RASIS: We are dedicated to significantly enhancing the inherent value of our solutions by rigorously focusing on RASIS principles—Reliability, Availability, Serviceability, Integrity, and Security. This commitment ensures system resilience and performance.
- Unlocking New Market Opportunities: By proactively addressing an ever-broader spectrum of complex business needs, we are not only responding to current demands but also looking out to generate novel market opportunities for our customers and for the industry.
