Your journey so far
I began my consulting career with EY in 2016, specialising in Strategy and Operational Design. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across several major firms before joining Fujitsu in 2025 as part of the Uvance Wayfinders team. My experience spans large scale transformation programs across government and public sector environments, including the strategic foundations for a national revenue agency’s modern customer experience, new shared service models for multi-agency service hubs, and initiatives designed to streamline ICT investment for complex departments to reduce delivery time and operational cost. I’ve focused my career on solving high-value organisational challenges through practical strategy and operational uplift, and I bring that same mindset to Wayfinders.
Joining Fujitsu and the Wayfinders team in 2025 has allowed me to bring this experience into an environment that values clarity, collaboration, and practical transformation. What motivates me most is helping organisations remove friction and deliver better experiences for the people they serve.
The spark behind joining Wayfinders
I joined Wayfinders because Fujitsu offers a rare blend of strategic capability and deep operational expertise. My work sits above the line in strategy, planning and delivery leadership, and I saw an opportunity to do this more effectively in a place that fully understands technology from the ground up. Fujitsu manages data centres, platforms and applications for clients every day, so we bring a level of practical insight that many advisory firms simply cannot match. What convinced me was Wayfinders' commitment to being a genuine strategic partner. We do not just advise. We align with our clients' goals, invest in their challenges, and stand beside them through delivery. That mindset is central to Wayfinders, and it is what made this the right move for me.
What makes Wayfinders stand out?
Wayfinders stands out because of its leadership focus on solving real customer challenges. Everything we do is anchored in the quality of our relationships and our commitment to outcomes. We prioritise understanding our clients' environments and pressures, not simply filling roles or pushing standard solutions. There is a clear expectation across the practice that we show up with care, curiosity, and accountability. The connection to Fujitsu strengthens this further by giving us access to technology, delivery capability and global expertise that most consulting practices do not have. It means we can shape the strategy and also support clients through execution. That combination of intent, capability and genuine partnership is what makes Wayfinders different.
Your vision for impact
I bring experience working across government, revenue agencies and the tertiary education sector, with a focus on strategy, major transformation programs and operational modernisation. Throughout my career, I have worked with high profile public institutions to uplift service effectiveness and improve outcomes for the people who depend on them. My approach centres on partnership and respect. I aim to leave every organisation and every person I work with in a stronger position than when we began. I enjoy navigating complex environments, aligning diverse stakeholders and helping teams build confidence in the path forward. My goal is always to provide clarity, structure and practical solutions that clients can actually use. At Wayfinders, I will continue to bring this mindset, supported by Fujitsu’s scale and technical ability, to help clients achieve meaningful and enduring transformation.
Creating value beyond business
I want to contribute to a public sector that Australians can be proud of. That means workplaces that support and empower their people, and services that deliver reliability, quality and dignity to the communities they serve. I believe technology and strategy only matter when they improve real experiences for real people. My focus is on helping organisations find clarity in vision, build actionable pathways to implementation and adopt new ways of working that make day-to-day operations smoother and more effective. Whether that is developing future technology strategies, modernising operating models or strengthening capability, I want to support institutions that play a vital role in our society. If I can help create environments where public sector staff feel confident and equipped, and where citisens receive better outcomes, then I feel I have contributed something meaningful.
