Chloe Choy on harnessing curiosity and collaboration to drive change

I thrive on variety and have built my career as a consultant on this. I started as a grad in a large consulting firm, which kick-started my experience in management consulting, before deciding to make the jump into cyber security consulting. Now, my work has led me across different industries, projects and capabilities from business transformation and change to technology, strategy and cyber risk and governance. Shifting gears wasn’t always easy, but it taught me that you can pivot at any stage of your career and that growth comes from being willing to try something new.

What I enjoy most is working with clients to untangle challenges, build confidence in their decisions, and deliver outcomes that last. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to be supported by my professional and community contributions which have been recognised through industry awards.
