In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, Data and AI are not merely technologies but strategic imperatives, reshaping industries and society. The challenge has shifted from simply developing AI capabilities to effectively operationalizing them—safely, ethically, at scale, and with demonstrable impact.
As a Global Fujitsu Distinguished Engineer for the Data & AI area, my mission is to pioneer such advancements. My foundation as a Principal Data Scientist, backed by a PhD in Information & Communication Technology, allows me to navigate the intricate landscape of advanced machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and digital twins. I translate complex theoretical insights into robust, real-world AI strategies and solutions, from initial concepts to impactful implementation.
I am deeply committed to embedding ethical considerations, governance, and transparency at every stage of AI development. Moreover, fostering a new generation of AI talent is central to my role, ensuring Fujitsu remains at the forefront of digital transformation by continuously delivering trusted and innovative AI capabilities.

  • Authorship: author or co-author of around 60 scientific papers (31 as first author) in top-tier journals (JCR Master Journal List, Web of Science Core Collection, etc.). Research impact reflected in an h-index of 10 and i10-index of 11.
  • Research Leadership: project director (x3) and/or main contributor in 6 scientific grants supported by national (Polish National Science Centre) and international (European Union) bodies.

  • PhD Distinction awarded for an outstanding doctoral dissertation in Information & Communication Technology, with a focus on AI, swarm intelligence, genetic algorithms, and digital twin technology.
