FUJITSU-MONAKA: High Performance, High Power Efficiency and High Security
FUJITSU-MONAKA leverages a state-of-the-art 2nm process and 3D stacking technology. Combined with Fujitsu’s ultra-low-voltage operation technology, it delivers exceptional power efficiency and computing performance.
To accelerate AI inference, FUJITSU-MONAKA provides hardware support for matrix operations, which are fundamental to AI workloads, through dedicated instructions. When combined with SVE2 vector processing and software optimization, it achieves up to twice the AI inference throughput of competing CPUs, enabling practical AI inference performance on a CPU alone.
In addition, Confidential Computing*, which protects the data and applications through isolation and encryption in the memory space, can help customers AI adoption in highly secure environments where the data confidentiality is critical such as enterprise and edge systems.
