Methodology

Fujitsu Human Centric Experience Design ( HXD )

Our unique "Fujitsu Human Centric Experience Design (HXD)" methodology serves as the foundation for navigating uncertain times and achieving assured success. HXD is an upstream approach that deeply dives into client challenges, co-creating new value creation and sustainable business transformation. By integrating Fujitsu's core technologies with a design thinking approach honed through years of practice, we maximize insights that deeply uncover the true root causes, hidden needs, and undiscovered potential underlying our customers' challenges. We then refine these insights into concrete services and solutions for delivery.

Based on the HXD methodology, we consistently support the "entire process" of transformation to fundamentally change business models, organizational culture, customer experience, and society itself, guiding our clients' businesses to the next phase.
