By utilizing technologies that create unique value, we will capture AI inference demand, thereby establishing a medium- to long-term competitive advantage.

We have formulated an AI Sovereignty-themed technology strategy and pursued innovation aimed at its realization—namely, an AI platform and the computing and networks that underpin it. Only a few companies worldwide undertake all three of these domains.
In the computing domain, we will develop businesses centered on our FUJITSU-MONAKA CPU. CPUs are essential for AI inference, demand for which is expected to surge in the agentic AI era. FUJITSU-MONAKA enables execution of AI inference for mid-sized LLMs on the CPU alone, combining high power efficiency with sovereignty. As a CPU designed for AI applications, we believe its scheduled global sales launch in November 2026 is exceptionally well timed to meet market demand.
We will sell FUJITSU-MONAKA not only through the Fujitsu MONAKA Server business, in which the CPU is incorporated into our servers, but also as a standalone CPU to customers in Japan and overseas. We anticipate CPU revenue of ¥35 billion in fiscal 2027 and are targeting ¥500 billion in fiscal 2035. For Fujitsu MONAKA Server, we are aiming to achieve cumulative shipments of 60,000 units from fiscal 2027 to fiscal 2030.
For the AI Platform Fujitsu Kozuchi, we have continued to enhance functions that address the diverse needs of enterprise customers, including in the physical AI domain. Furthermore, we are developing unique technologies in quantum computing and networking with an eye on medium- to long-term technology trends. Looking ahead to fiscal 2035, we will continue evolving technologies that support new business domains and create new markets.

Leveraging offensive and defensive revenue models in tandem, we will advance our shift to value-based pricing suited to the AI era.

In fiscal 2025, we delivered strong results in the Japanese market that outperformed market growth in five industries: the public sector, finance, defense, manufacturing, and retail. The AI service market, which is expected to evolve and expand, is estimated to achieve a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 25% over the five years from fiscal 2026 through fiscal 2030, reaching approximately ¥60 trillion in the final year of said period.
Spearheaded by the consultants of Uvance Wayfinders, we will continue to [keep abreast and] remain in step with shifts in industry-specific demand for IT and other digital technologies driven by technological evolution and other factors. Leveraging our strengths, including our unique technologies and deep industry-specific insight and expertise, we will accelerate value creation for customers and business growth.
Our current focus is shifting from conventional cost-plus pricing to value-based pricing that reflects the value we provide in the AI era. Value-based pricing enables two categories of revenue models: a “defensive” outcome-based model entailing profit margin improvement and an “offensive” usage-based model targeting scale expansion and revenue growth.
Leveraging these two revenue models in parallel, we aim to raise the value-based pricing ratio from 20% as of fiscal 2025 to 60% in fiscal 2030 and then to 80% in fiscal 2035. We expect this shift to expand our gross profit margin by 3.0 percentage points or more in fiscal 2030 and by 5.0 percentage points or more in fiscal 2035.
Yoshinami Takahashi
Corporate Executive Officer, Corporate Vice President, COO in charge of Solution Services
We will establish a cycle whereby tacit knowledge becomes AI capabilities to enhance the value we deliver while pursuing high-quality growth for Uvance.

We will maintain a revenue CAGR of over 20% through fiscal 2030 and grow Uvance into a business capable of generating revenue of over ¥1.7 trillion. At the same time, we will emphasize business model transformation with the aim of achieving our fiscal 2030 goals for a recurring revenue ratio of more than 70% for Uvance and a gross profit margin of over 55% in recurring businesses.
Close collaboration between Uvance Wayfinders and forward deployed engineers (FDEs) is the key to maximizing the value we provide. To address customer issues identified through consulting conducted by Uvance Wayfinders, FDEs take the lead in integrating multiple AI models into applications and then implementing those applications. Such an approach shows our ability to deliver unique value to customers through end-to-end technologies and services.
Over many years, Fujitsu has accumulated extensive industry and business expertise in mission-critical domains. By systematizing such tacit knowledge into industry-specific contexts that can be leveraged by AI, we will deliver advanced professional services.
What is important is that FDEs and consultants work together alongside customers throughout their AI transformation (AX) journeys while feeding the operational expertise gained through these collaborative operations back into our technologies. We will establish a mechanism to drive this feedback loop and thereby continuously enhance the value we deliver to customers.
Megumi Shimazu
Corporate Executive Officer, Corporate Vice President, COO in charge of Service Delivery
Through further advancement of AI-driven delivery and modernization, we will accelerate business growth and improvements in profitability.

Over the past few years, we have improved the gross profit margin in Service Solutions by approximately 2.0 percentage points each year. Going forward, through fiscal 2035, we will continue to aim for annual improvements in our gross profit margin of over 2.0 percentage points.
One specific initiative toward this goal is the transition to AI-driven delivery, whose scope encompasses the entire Service Solutions segment. Under this initiative, we will not only enhance productivity and reduce costs but also deliver value to customers in the form of exceptional speed. Going forward, as part of our shift from expanding the scale of AI-driven delivery to deepening it, we will accelerate development using AI agents.
We have factored in the likelihood that customers will request price reductions on the grounds of enhanced productivity. At the same time, because this enhanced productivity creates opportunities to win projects that we previously declined due to engineer shortages, we plan to raise throughput and thereby expand revenue through AI-driven delivery.
Regarding modernization, we achieved revenue of approximately ¥390 billion in fiscal 2025, with a revenue target of ¥470 billion set for fiscal 2026. Even after demand for modernizing our legacy systems peaks in fiscal 2028, we will continue to pursue business growth by developing the markets for other companies' legacy systems and open legacy systems. In this way, we seek to achieve revenue of over ¥700 billion and a gross profit margin exceeding 50% in the modernization domain in fiscal 2030. Furthermore, looking ahead to fiscal 2035, we will also take on the challenge of creating new business domains as part of Modernization for AI.

Through capital allocation that balances both growth investments and shareholder returns, we will realize sustainable growth and enhanced corporate value.

Under Management Vision 2035, we aim for revenue of ¥7 trillion–¥8 trillion in fiscal 2035, roughly double the approximately ¥3.5 trillion recorded in fiscal 2025; operating profit of over ¥2 trillion, up from ¥0.4 trillion in fiscal 2025; and an operating profit margin of around 25%–30%.
Alongside growing profits, we will also improve business and capital efficiency, through which we plan to expand core free cash flow*1 to about 4–5 times its fiscal 2025 level. Base cash flow,*2 the source for capital allocation, is expected to total approximately ¥10 trillion over the next 10 years.
Of this roughly ¥10 trillion, we plan to allocate approximately ¥6 trillion to growth investments and around ¥4 trillion to shareholder returns. About half of the ¥6 trillion intended for growth investments, or ¥3 trillion, will be invested in the further expansion and evolution of Service Solutions. Since we invested approximately ¥200 billion for this purpose in fiscal 2025, this amount represents an increase of about 1.5 times going forward. The remaining ¥3 trillion or so will be invested in technology-powered business creation. To execute investments in both areas, we are prepared to practice financial leverage in an appropriate, timely, and disciplined manner to accelerate business growth.
We plan shareholder returns of approximately ¥4 trillion. There is no major deviation from our existing shareholder return policy; while using a total return ratio of around 60% as a benchmark, we aim to expand total returns in line with profit growth.
Sustainably enhancing corporate value requires a balance between proactive growth investments and shareholder returns with a focus on capital efficiency. Accordingly, we will execute the investments needed to achieve business growth while steadily expanding shareholder returns. We believe that doing so will lead to the accomplishment of our financial KPIs: an adjusted EPS CAGR of over 15% and an adjusted ROE of over 20%.
*1 Ordinary free cash flow, excluding one-time cash inflows or outflows from such activities as business restructurings, structural reforms, and acquisitions or divestitures
*2 Cash flows including free cash flow before growth investments and lease expenses
