Sudhir Nair co-heads Uvance Wayfinders in the Americas. He leads purpose-driven, large-scale business and technology transformations. He specializes in helping global enterprises, particularly in highly regulated sectors such as Banking, Financial Services & Insurance, Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Technology, to modernize, scale, and unlock sustained business value. As a trusted advisor to C-suite executive teams, he bridges visionary business and digital strategy with technical execution. His expertise includes AI-enabled modernization, operating model redesign, and end-to-end digital, data and cloud-native platform transformations.
Before joining Fujitsu, he held senior executive and C-suite roles at industry-leading firms, including JPMorgan Chase, Citi, Bank of America, Mr. Cooper, LoanDepot, and UST. This extensive experience enables him to navigate complex global business environments with a focus on competitive growth.
A lifelong learner and technologist at heart, he completed the Executive Program at Harvard Business School and holds an M.S in Systems & Information from BITS Pilani and a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Madras.
