What we do
Cyber security
Reevaluate people, processes, and technology from an attacker’s perspective.
Client challenges
Perimeter defense is no longer enough
As AI evolves, cyber attacks are becoming faster and more sophisticated, lowering the barrier for attackers to enter organizations.
Companies that conduct Red Team testing (testing that simulates real attacker methods to identify risks and blind spots) often have relatively mature security programs, including multi-layered defenses and incident response processes. Even so, many still rely heavily on perimeter defense, and the effectiveness of their measures after intrusion is not always fully tested.
Keeping pace with evolving threats requires organizations to understand risk from an attacker’s perspective and continuously optimize their security measures.
What we do
Reveal security blind spots through an attacker’s lens
Wayfinders provides Red Team testing that simulates real-world attacker techniques to identify potential risks and blind spots in existing security measures.
Based on the risks identified, we help optimize detection, defense, and response, supporting organizations in strengthening their security posture.
How we deliver value
Turn identified risks into effective countermeasures
Beyond identifying risks, Wayfinders offers end-to-end support: from designing an improvement roadmap to implementing processes and embedding them into operations.
Using insights from Red Team testing, our consultants identify priority issues and define measures tailored to each organization and system environment. Fujitsu’s security and IT implementation capabilities help turn those measures into practical, sustainable improvements.

Impact & results
Prioritize improvements based on real attack results
In recent Red Team tests across dozens of companies, we were able to achieve perimeter breaches in approximately one week on average, and achieve attack objectives within three days after intrusion in more than half of the organizations tested.*¹
In many cases, the primary attack paths were operational issues such as excessive privilege settings or poor credential management, rather than technical vulnerabilities. These results help companies identify priority improvement areas and advance more effective security measures.
